Default tees are determined by your GHIN handicap index: | |
| Black tees: 5.4 and less | White tees: 13.5 thru 20.4 |
| Blue tees: 5.5 thru 13.4 | Red tees: 20.5 and above |
Members will be responsible for knowing their default tee. The JHGA handicap committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps that are not aligned with a player’s ability. | |
In all JHGA tournaments, the ball will be played as it lies except in the fairway cut of the hole being played where the ball may be moved up to one club length no closer to the hole. The tournament committee may consider exceptions to this rule in certain circumstances (ex: extremely wet course conditions). | |
